Tuition & Fees
REGISTRATION FEE- $150.00 per family (non-refundable & due with Admissions Packet)
SUPPLY/LAB FEE- $125.00 per student, K-8th grade
CURRICULUM- purchased by parents from a list provided by Administration (students must have by first day of school). some curriculum is used year after year by the school and doesn’t need to be purchased, a list of what is needed is provided each year to the families.
YEARLY TUITION
Pre-K (2-4 years old)- $3500
Kindergarten - 8th Grade- $3000
Yearly tuition paid in full receives a 5% discount
Siblings of 3 or more receive a $250 discount off their total family tuition
Only one discount per family
Can be paid over 9 months (August-April)
Payments
Your child’s tuition may be paid in full at the beginning of the school year (by August 1st, 2024). Tuition payments will be set up by ACH draft and are due in full on the 1st -5th of each month. Each family will pick their preset date of draft. There is a $25 late fee for payments which are not received by the 6th of the month. If your family wishes to set up a different pay schedule, please contact administration, Danielle Simmons.
If your account becomes delinquent at any time during the school year, please communicate with administration. If your account becomes 30 days past due, we may require your child stay home from school until your account is made current.
All payments made are final. No refunds or reimbursements of Charter funds or tuition payments will be made.
Early Withdrawal
Parents who withdraw their students before the end of the year will be responsible for the next month’s tuition. Families that paid their tuition in full, will be prorated accordingly after that deduction. Withdrawal must be done properly and according to our handbook to receive full refund.
Field Trip Fees
We will go on a variety of field trips throughout the year. Parents will receive information about the field trip and any applicable costs before the trip. Parents are responsible for transportation and fees of field trip.
Charter Funds through Home Ed 360
There is an option for you to enroll with Home Ed 360 to pay for classes registered with Pursuit Community School. Please ask for more information, if interested.
Uniforms- Uniforms are purchased by the parents for the school year. School merchandise is also available for sale.
